Return Policy
You can report orders to our customer service, up to 2 weeks after receipt, via our return form. If your order is damaged, inaccurate or incomplete, we will refund any returning costs. Otherwise, the return cost will depend upon your location and the package size. For the precise amount, please inquire with your postal or delivery service provider.
Please submit the declaration before returning the items. Clearly state your order number, let us know what went wrong and possibly add a photo. We are doing everything possible to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Please return the goods in their original condition, including packaging. For hygienic reasons, our articles may not have been washed and / or used.
